Illustrator Bios – Kimberly

Illustrator Bio

Kimberly Tart

Kimberly is an energetic, tomboyish, fun-loving native of Saint Augustine, Florida.  She is working toward being a large-animal veterinarian (she wants to work at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and teach children how to help protect animals). Right now, this means focusing on math and science and observing every animal she can.  Kimberly raises guinea pigs.  Kimberly likes to experiment with various media types when illustrating.  Her pastel illustrations for the Ann, Mary, and Susan Mysteries help reflect the warm tones of the stories.  Generally, she likes to color sketches that others have drawn.

Some of her artwork is on: The Mystery of the Strange Chirp, A Clue in the Barn, and The Skating Pony.

She gets commissions on each sale of eBook!  (She generally tucks this away in her own savings account – saving for a jeep one day – or spends it on guinea pig treats.)

Kimberly is a competitive gymnast at WGV Gymnastics.  Kimberly also works as a coach at WGV Gymnastics.
